Captain of Field Operations
Tommy McFadden brings a powerful combination of 7 years of law enforcement experience and 10 years in figurative investigations and executive protection. His expertise in crime resistance programs and community based initiatives has made him an invaluable leader in developing targeted security solutions for diverse communities and corporate environments. He implements initiatives based on findings to create specialized programs tailored for each targeted community.
As Captain of Field Operations, Tommy oversees the actions of the entire tactical response unit when emergency response is necessary. He exercises authority over officers, medics, and all other unit members until incidents are fully resolved. His leadership is critical during dangerous situations involving armed confrontations, crowd control, gang threats, executive protection, undercover apprehensions of suspects, and high risk transports.
Tommy's comprehensive responsibilities include processing prisoners into detention facilities, searching persons, property, and facilities for contraband. He secures and inventories prisoners' personal property, observes prisoners being detained in cells, and restrains combative, suicidal, argumentative, or mentally disturbed individuals. He determines if suspects are sick or injured and obtains medical attention as necessary, administers intoxilyzer tests to suspects, and determines release criteria of prisoners according to established procedures.
Additional expertise includes crime prevention marketing within communities, identifying and promoting community leaders, senior violence prevention, loss prevention, and measuring violence prevention outcomes. Tommy operates ACIC/NCIC terminals to retrieve warrant and records information on suspects and confirms warrants from other jurisdictions. He transports suspects to and from court, county jail, and other valley agencies. His exceptional character judgment and ability to control stressful situations ensure that every operation is conducted with professionalism and precision.
